We were always aware that the long term goal for this client was to bring PPC and Shopping Ads management in-house, so our task was to get the account prepared to be handed over to their in-house team.
We completely restructured their PPC account, introduced DoubleClick Search (now rebranded Search Ads 360/SA360), and also worked with their in-house data team to improve the feed structure for Shopping Ads.
Willow & Hall saw vastly improved PPC results, with overall CPA seeing a 30% reduction over the first 3 months. Our feed approach also improved visibility on shopping due to our restructure and optimisations, giving the brand much greater visibility in this space. We passed the account back to the client to take in-house, in a much-improved position.
