About this policy

This cookie policy explains how Summon Digital Ltd (“Summon”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.summon.co. It should be read alongside our privacy policy.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in much the same way. Some are essential for the website to work; others help us understand how the site is used and measure our own advertising.

Your choice

When you first visit, a banner asks whether to accept all cookies or keep to essential only. Nothing beyond the essential items below is set until you choose. Google Tag Manager, and everything it loads, only runs if you choose “Accept all”. If you choose “Essential only”, none of the services in the next section are loaded.

You can change your mind at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the footer of any page, which reopens the banner. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may then not work as expected.

Essential storage

These items are needed for the site to remember your choices. They are stored in your browser’s local storage, are not sent to us or to anyone else, and are not used to track you.

Third-party content

Some pages include content from other services, which may set their own cookies when that content loads:

  • Calendly on the discovery call page, to let you book a time. See Calendly’s own privacy and cookie notices.
  • OpenStreetMap on the contact page, to show our office location.
  • YouTube videos in some articles, embedded in privacy-enhanced mode where possible.

Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy when the services we use change. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
