Chevron Air Holidays, an established British holiday company headquartered in London, approached us to help them improve their results. Renowned for their expertise in offering Malta & Gozo packages for over 40 years, Chevron Air Holidays had cultivated a strong and loyal customer base, however digital performance was on a downward trajectory. Our mission was to improve sales efficiency and volume, along with broadening their customer reach through innovative digital marketing strategies to introduce new customers to the brand.

Our Approach

  • PPC Account Optimisation: We commenced by conducting an in-depth audit and restructuring of Chevron Air Holiday’s PPC (Pay-Per-Click) account. This process involved honing their strategy to concentrate on high-performing areas, while reducing efforts in less profitable segments.

  • Implementation of SA360: A pivotal addition was the integration of SA360 (previously known as DoubleClick Search), introducing advanced machine learning for bid management. This technology not only optimised our budget utilisation but also enabled us to dynamically respond to market competition. This shift marked a significant increase in revenue generation.

  • Enhanced Digital Reach through YouTube and Programmatic Display Ads: To further drive brand awareness, we implemented a robust campaign using YouTube Ads and Programmatic Display Advertising. These platforms were crucial in reaching our target demographics, effectively introducing them to Chevron Air Holidays’ offerings.
