We were approached by Mark Warner, a British tour operator based in London to help with their digital activity. The brand is much loved, with over 40 year’s experience of delivering package holidays to a very loyal customer base. Our challenge was to help increase sales efficiency & volume whilst growing the customer base through digital awareness driving approaches.
One of the first tasks was to audit and restructure the PPC account. We refined their approach so we’d be able to focus more strongly on the areas that were delivering results, whilst scaling back the activity that was not delivering revenue. We introduced DoubleClick Search, which meant we could add machine learning automation through bid management. This allows us to squeeze maximum value out of our budget, whilst being able to react to competition in real time. As a result of these changes, we have seen a large uplift in revenue.
Mark Warner have seen and continue to see huge increases in online revenue. We continue to work in partnership to deliver results for their business.
